ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION:

Apartment for rent 400 meters from Stellino beach consisting of: entrance with small garden with table and chairs where you can dine in the shade under a porch, kitchen with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom approved for disabled, no bidet. Sleeps 4 (one double sofa bed and one double bed).

PETS:

We accept pets under the responsibility of their owners as long as they do not damage spaces such as plants and deck chairs. We kindly ask to collect the animal’s waste and leave the garden clean. The outdoor spaces are not fenced. We also ask to keep the animal on a leash in the presence of other guests or people who might be afraid. However, we have a field behind the house, not fenced, where you can let the animal run and play. Extra cleaning fee of €40

GENERAL BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

We do not ask for any advance payment for the reservation. Cancellation is free up to three weeks before arrival; only at that time may we request a 20% deposit.

Check-in/out:

Arrival from 15:00 to 23:00. If you wish to arrive in the morning, please call to arrange.

Departure at 10:00

PLEASE NOTE:

As the accommodation is in the countryside, insects may enter despite specific treatments. Everything necessary will be provided to deal with these small encounters (such as mosquito coils, electric mosquito repellent tablets, and sprays).

Services: equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, and induction cooktop), air conditioning and heating, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, bed sheets, blankets, and bath towels will be provided to all guests.

The price includes: utilities, tourist tax, bed linen and bath towels, final cleaning, parking, and Wi-Fi. No catering service is available
