For rent accessible suite-style Glamping Tent about 400 meters from the Stellino beach, equipped with a veranda for eating outside and a garden. Entrance onto the veranda, the eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom with shower and windowed bidet with mosquito net, the space is unique where there is both the bedroom and a living room with hammock, carpet and pouf. Place for 2 people. The roof of the accommodation is made of a tent as well as the sides, the floor, the furniture and the internal structure is made of oak wood. Some parts of the tent are not completely closed, such as the mosquito net at the top, so as to always create air circulation, in particular during the night the accommodation remains cool.

ANIMALS:

We accept animals under the responsibility of the owners as long as they do not damage the spaces such as plants and deckchairs, we kindly ask you to collect the animal’s droppings and leave the garden clean. The outdoor spaces are not fenced. We also ask that you keep your pet on a leash in the presence of other guests or people who may be afraid. However, we have a field behind the house, not fenced, where you can let your pet run and play. Extra cleaning fee of €40

GENERAL BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

We do not ask for any advance payment for the reservation, cancellation is free up to three weeks before arrival, only at that time can we ask for a 20% deposit.

Check-in/out:

Arrival from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, if you wish to arrive in the morning, call to make arrangements.

Exit at 10:00 am

PLEASE NOTE:

Since it is a tent and the accommodation is in the countryside, it may happen that insects enter, despite specific treatments done, everything necessary to deal with these small encounters will be provided (such as mosquito coils, plates and spray).

No washing machine, no air conditioning, fans will be provided. There is no heating, winter blankets will be provided. It should be noted that in spring and autumn night temperatures can suddenly drop.

Prices are per night. For stays less than a week, €40 will be required as the cost of cleaning, bed linen and towels. For stays less than 4 nights in the months of April, May, September and October, a surcharge of €20 per night will be applied on Saturdays and holidays. 10% discount for stays longer than 5 nights.
