ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION:

For rent accessible Glamping Safari tent about 400 meters from the Stellino beach, entrance onto the veranda with eat-in kitchen and fully equipped, bathroom with bathtub shower, without windowed bidet with mosquito net. The sofa is small for an adult but is fine for a child. The roof of the accommodation is made up of a tent, the floor, the furniture and the internal structure are made of oak wood.
The tent is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

ANIMALS:

We accept animals under the responsibility of the owners as long as they do not damage the spaces such as plants and deckchairs, we kindly ask you to collect the animal’s droppings and leave the garden clean. The outdoor spaces are not fenced. We also ask you to keep the animal on a leash in the presence of other guests or people who might be afraid. However, we have a field behind the house, not fenced, where you can let the animal run and play. Extra cleaning fee of €40

GENERAL BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

We do not ask for any advance payment for the reservation, cancellation is free up to three weeks before arrival, only at that time can we ask for a 20% deposit.

Check-in/out:

Arrival from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, if you wish to arrive in the morning call to make arrangements.

Exit at 10:00 am

PLEASE NOTE:

Since it is a tent and the accommodation is in the countryside, it may happen that insects enter, despite specific treatments made, everything necessary to deal with these small encounters will be provided (such as mosquito coils, plates and spray).

No washing machine, yes air conditioning, there is heating for the cooler months, winter blankets will be provided anyway.

We rent for a minimum of two nights. For availability call, write on Whatsapp or Telegram, or send an email and the automatic responder will instantly send an email with availability.

Prices are per night. For stays less than a week, €40 will be required as a cleaning fee, bed linen and towels. For stays less than 4 nights in the months of April, May, September and October, a surcharge of €20 per night will be applied on Saturdays and holidays. 10% discount for stays longer than 5 nights.
